Probably asked already but will the loop hole work this year? I've never tried it before and am not really game to this year unless it definately works.

Anyway since you can't put the captaincy on a bench player this year does that mean I would need to put the vice captaincy on Pendlebury, Heath Shaw on the ground named as captain and Ellis named as an emergency?

Did anyone do it in round 1 or 2 that can confirm that I won't just get Ellis' score doubled?

Ellis' score won't get doubled. I'm doing the exact same thing but with Billie Smedts instead.

If Pendles does poorly, I'll switch the captaincy over to Rocky.

Correct me if I'm wrong but if you put the C on Shaw and the VC on Pendles won't the C be locked on Shaw because Collingwood would have already played? Aka, Pendles is your Captain and you are stuck with it? I think the only certain way it would work this week is by putting Ablett on the field..

Yep the C has to go to a non playing player not playing on anzac day to get any benefit.

I hope Smith is named, can't see why he shouldn't be. Was only out with soreness last week, can now come in to play vs a bunch of kids and get his match fitness/confidence up.

Yes, but after partial lockout it isn't reversible... or even during partial lock out. Don't mess around with possibilities after the partial lock out starts!

Yes, make trades related to Ess/Collingwood pre-partial lockout. Make other trades after.
