using mame, going to combine it with NES, SNES & Mega Drive emulators as well

i have completed one of the sides (only had a couple of hours to do it yesterday), that side will now be the template for the other side.

has always been one of my "to-do" projects, finally got approval from the minister of finances as a present for my 30th birthday!

Paying entry to a place ($20) and then having expensive drinks ($12 spirits) is a bit of a breaker. Spending $400 on going out on a weekend sucks testi's....especially when you have pres at home. I like to think of myself as pretty loose with the cash, especially with mates, but dropping $50's just to keep your buzz....I can see why people pop pills at times. Still, such is life.

On a lol worthy moment, the olds were invited out to tea with ex work collegues, to a new resteraunt int he observation deck of the Rialto, Vue De Monde.

It's set menu and set drinks, you pay $250 per head for the set menu, then have the option of having cheap drinks ($150 per head), moderate ($250) or expensive ($350). They match the drinks with the meals. 14 course meal taste bullshit.

Now spending $1,000 on dinner.....lol. They weren't too happy to be invited to this place, especially when it was 'pretty average food and scummy as it wasn't finished'.

Went to a 21st after the match Saturday night and dropped a lazy $200 on just a few beers and I was annoyed at that. It's not cheap to drink out anymore.

However, after the fun and frivolities ended, my mate was telling me his 18 year old younger brother went to the Palace and dropped $500 in a few hours. After a paying a $20 entry fee and $60 for a lap dance. All I can say is, I'm glad he has such a large disposable income and isn't to worried about blowing it on that crap. What a waste of cash.

It's not that it isn't enjoyable, the view is usually quite good. But I don't get paying money to have your **** teased. I understand why some people like them, but I just don't get the point of going to a strip club and dropping big cash.....go drop it on a nice lady and woo her into something you can't get from a stripper.

As for invitee pays....I've always been on the line of cover your own heads when going out to dinnger with friends.

That's usually whatever the wife wants to buy and I pay. That's my best form of wooing these days. But i've never understood the desire to go to a strip club and hand over a large sum or money. I've gone to them but it's another story to hand over cash to a **** tease.

Yeah, but if it's corporate or high end dining and $1000 in Australia would be close enough to high end dining then it's a different story.

It's not like going to Spargo in LA or even Aria in Sydney.
