@cmndstab I gave firefox version 3 a short run last week and it was running very well. I am inbetween two different windows 7 installations, plan on moving my important files over to the new one this weekend and I'll give the old firefox a better test. But so far the signs are good (well also bad that they've managed to ruin their browser for quite some time)!

Not sure.. but version 11 installed itself on my computer in the last 48hrs. Mind you, they've been going up by 1.0 instead of 0.1 ever since v4.0 was released (which wasn't all that long ago).

At this point I'm more annoyed at Opera than Firefox. This bullshit "too much stuff open so Opera IMMEDIATELY CRASHES" response rather than the old computer slowdown response is really frustrating.

Damn it, sometimes I need to open several really large files at once and it's really annoying when they get 90% downloaded and then the browser crashed and I have to start again
