Does Tom Rehn ever not laugh at the end of his sports presentation on 9 news? Without fail, every single time I've seen him present the sport, he manages to laugh with the news presenter at the end of the segment. Even tonight he managed to get in a chuckle after the news presenter said it was a terrible week for sport. Tune in tomorrow night at 6.20 and you'll see.

They're still a fair way from opening here though - the article said it will take some years to set up a warehouse and store locations before it will start trading here, but nonetheless look forward to the added competition.

Check out this crab caught by Mark Jamars old man on Monday down at Pt Victoria.
Hooked its flipper in deep water on a slop line. They cooked and ate it - can ya believe that! - I would had it mounted. Mate said breaking the claw was a challenge and the resultant meat hanging out looked like an icy pole

The TILLEY SWAMP fire is travelling in a SOUTHERLY AND EASTERLY direction towards HENREY CREEK ROAD TO THE SOUTH AND BALNUN ROAD TO THE EAST.
The uncontrolled fire is burning in Scrub and conditions are continually changing.
Check and follow your bushfire survival plan and prepare for a bushfire in your area. If your plan is to leave or you are not prepared, leave now.
Only leave if the path is clear to a safe place.
You should not enter this area as the roads may not be safe.
Well prepared and actively defended homes can offer safety.
