ahh the old I'm never drinking again!! I thought I'd abide by it after a pubcrawl I ended up In RA Hospital my friends had to carry me there cos I couldn't walk or talk! alas I broke it the next week!.... but I've never had as much as I did 'That night' since.
Kinda learnt my lesson..... the guy treating me informed me he was going to be my lecture the next year at uni.... oh and he rememered alright Even told the whole class about it! Embarrassing as hell!

Yeah, I've got a racquetball final Wednesday night, those rooms are just concrete and wood that project heat inwards, it's like a damn oven down there.
Fortunately I think I'm playing some middle-aged woman so she'll almost certainly handle it worse than me
I'd be more confident if I didn't have to give her a 9 point head start each game.
And tomorrow night I have been convinced to come out of retirement and play for my mates mixed netball team! Haven't played for a few years and I am far from my level of fitness when I played last time!
Thank god my folks place with their pool is just around the corner afterwards!

Nothing worse than playing in the heat and losing!
I actually quite like playing in the heat because I back myself in to handle it better than most other people. It's when I stop playing and then the sweat all just sticks to you that I don't like it

I got suspened from school after bumping a teacher (Joanne Morgan of at the time the Queensland FireBirds) in a game of netballHeh, I just played last night. Level scores at 3/4 time and then we lost by like six goals or something
and then I found it funny that weekend with the commentators in a QLD vs WA game with them wondering why the hell she wasnt playing
guess they hadnt heard I gave her a concussion

I gave a girl concussion once in a pillow fight... The pillow fight was boys dorm vs girls dorm, with about 30 kids on either side (ie please don't read too much into the the fact that I was taking on a girl).
Typical Mod....always picking on those who can't fight back
I felt horrible playing mixed ball, can't block them with force etc etc. I actually tried to take a charge in one of my first mixed games, the girl ran through me but the ref just lol'd.....
Meanwhile basketball tonight in the standard tin enclosure that retains the heat in 37 degrees with 5 players against the top side....
Hooray.
Rest assured, she was definitely doing her best to fight back. But when it comes to pillow fighting I fight dirty. I "load" my pillow, by shoving it all down one end of the pillowcase, effectively doubling the "whack" it delivers.Typical Mod....always picking on those who can't fight back
