Had a mates wedding on Friday and his best man died last night, we were celebrating 3 teams in to the GF when we heard. Still don't know how or why. The bride and groom arrived in Bali Saturday night and now are coming back.

But it's a good place to share...

I'm driving to Adelaide tomorrow (1400km round trip) for the funeral of a colleague who took his own life last week. Will be good to remember him and say goodbye.

From my interactions with each of you I believe you are all good people who don't deserve such bad luck (unfortunately life isn't fair though).

You are a thoughtful poster. Ill be ok. I just share it in here as a nice place to blow off steam, but im more concerned about the family. Both sons now dead at 18 and now the second at 20, been sick most of their teens, not fair

Couldn't have said it better myself mate. Went through some tough times mentally and emotionally a few years back and sometimes venting, yelling screaming and crying was what I needed at the time. Luckily the olds love me and listened to my shit! Happy to do that favour for others should it be needed.
