I've legit lost track of how many weeks it's been since I started working from home. COVID hasn't really felt real for me because I've been living in a bubble in my apartment and working through it. This has been the weirdest year ever. Hope everyone is doing ok.
Battling on , missing local sport that's for sure and on Friday lost my job because of it

After my latest expedition to buy groceries, I've no longer any sympathy left for people who do contract it.

If you get it and you die. Good.

We're lucky over here in SA. Things seem to be rolling back to normal quite quickly. Much quicker than I originally anticipated!

I've been back in the office a few weeks and have finally gotten over the 'COVID Glut" (Jobkeeper, Grants etc) and things are looking ok. While I don't often agree with any government, I feel like our state & federal governments handling of this crisis has been great. Particularly compared to other countries. The stimulus packages and other support measures have generally been handled very well in my opinion. The system is working and businesses have managed to stay afloat... My fear is when the support stops and there are (in all likelihood) still restrictions in place. Those floating along on support may then finally hit the wall.

How lucky was I to get over the border to play golf the last few days , now we are locked out . I'm sick of these selfish people on the North side of Melbourne spreading this . Nearly had to agree with Pauline (yuk )

vic will be locked down completely soon

Better not ! Tassie locked down an area and it worked .

Dan dances to his own drum thats why im guessing he will
Plus tassie was in a hospital/old folks

i think they should just leave as is, the hospitals are fine surely still

stay safe!!

But they closed down the areas around that hospital.

Andrews is doing whatever he can , the Libs here are irrelevant . You can't stop dumb people , or those that have just come here and have NFI.

Been telling my sister who lives in the south western suburbs for years, should demolish the West Gate and build a wall from Docklands up to the NSW border. Keep the bogan ferals like her husband over that side of town and leave the rest of us in peace. She gets a little nasty when I suggest that.

We have to give the suburb lockdowns a go first. Problem is, it's the same morons that couldn't do the right thing in the first place that will be doing what they like anyway whether its a suburban or full state lock down. The same dickheads don't want to be told what to do. They are the same ones that whinge that they are being picked on and demanding the whole state go into a lockdown because they can't control themselves.

I'm just praying we don't go back to remote learning. I don't know that I could do that again without taking stress leave.

Rather a 6 week lockdown after ~200 cases than somewhere like the US were people are ****ing dying in the 1000s and no one gives a ****
