My footy club is lucky to have booked the new AFL CEO for lunch on the 19th

Timely reminder to not take our team losing a game of footy too hard. Received contact from families at my old school this morning. One of my former students who I taught for 3 years (2016-2018) passed away after a 2 year battle with illness at the age of 15. It's just not fair. I feel broken today. Give your loved ones a hug tonight, tell them you love them and take nothing for granted.

I was very lucky to be in the audience of a private concert for < 200 people, in 1985, as part of a Pick Spectrum computer conference/exhibition held in Sydney.

Tina had just broken through with "What's Love Got to Do With It" - really she could have just said "I have a cold, cancel the show".

As with Tina Turner, she gave it her all, for 2 hours, non-stop.
