Was hungry, so made myself a cheese omelette

Was told today by the GP to cut back on the sugar intake. The sugar maybe the culprit of the issues I’ve been having. I’m happy to cut back on aoft drink but told her I won’t give up the KFC, kebabs or souvlaki’s. They’re my fortnightly treat.

My GP and her receptionists are both Swans fans. Always good to go there and chat about the football
