What I do to try to combat this,

I charge you $400 for the first hour and $200 for every hour afterward.

3 hour block minimum,

Each time you call me to make changes I add another 3 hour block to your invoice.

Seems to work fairly well.

Have one of two units on a block. Come home to find a 'For Lease' sign on my front yard. No indication it is the back unit, and no request to put their stinking sign in my new turf. After a call to the agency today, they have 20 hours and counting before i pull the sign out and put it on the hard waste that the former tenants at the back have spread across the nature strip. Don't put your shit in my yard without asking and don't fail to indicate which unit is being leased as I don't appreciate randoms walking up and trying to peer through my windows.

What kinda budget are we talkin here? Not everyone can afford velociraptors afterall.

I would have pulled it out by now and thrown it.

Shits me to tears. My neighbours lemon tree was overgrowing all over my drive way. I cut it and put it on his front step. Hes lucky i didnt mulch it 1st to make it harder to clean up

Should have cut the lemons off and used them for cocktails lol

I can certainly see where you may get that impression. However demand means little, it's all about timing & supply really.

After they became extinct they became really hard to source so it's not really demand which is the issue, it's supply.

Don't let that deter you from throwing money at me though. I'm happy to continue the project until it becomes painfully clear it was a completely hopeless & unecessarily expensive exercise and you have no funding left... It is just business after all... Ahem.
