Hey mate. Hope things got sorted. I know it's probably the last thing u wana hear but I hope you can take some time out for yourself this weekend. Even a half hour stroll. Just to reflect & refocus. Work-related stress is dangerous & can become really unhealthy.On a tight deadline today and im at a team lunch fml

I've been struggling with work/life balance and work-related stress the past 5 or so years & have found constant breaks, no matter how small, are important to me - maybe they may help you also. Whatever allows you to not let stress & pressure control you actions & emotions. Instead, own your work. You own & control when & how things are done. You are strong & in control. You'll make it work & won't let it control you. To do that, to be in control, I've found I need to be calm & understand the big picture. I need to have perspective & appreciate what I have, where I'm at but also what I need & how to realistically get there.
It sounds mega corny but it helped me to think of myself as the boss & CEO of "Myself Pty Ltd". I manage "Myself Pty Ltd" for success. I have vision & mission statements & different departments I need to maintain. It helped me focus on the right things, the things that are important to my success. It also helped me to compartmentalise tasks, stay (more) healthy (than I otherwise would have been) & work smarter (not harder).
Anyway - Sorry about the rant. Just noticed you sound like it's getting the better of you a bit & wanted to let u know I think you can "win" & there's support here if u need it too mate.
