I love Melbourne , but have always wanted to move to the Murray River , beautiful golf courses.

Awful situation...hard to tell from the footage but surely the cops could have boxed in his car and prevented it from happening? And if the car chase really did start back on the Bolte and this scumbag has made it all the way to the CBD then there is going to be some asses being kicked at VicPol.

Hate to say it bedford but drugs are everywhere.

Police look like they're doing great job and I just saw on News24 that Christine Nixon was doing traffic control for 15 minutes or so until relieved by the coppers. Whatever you think of her that's a great effort from a civvy

You know mate that I've been saying that for a long while.
He attacked a man on Wednesday night, stabbed his brother last night and then he did what he did. The poor people affected , it's really no different to a terrorist attack, but it wasn't. He's a ice head of Greek decent.

"Should have shot him when he was doing burnouts" - Cop shoots and hits - "Murdered for doing burnouts in front of thousands of people, such excessive force and so dangerous with people around."
"Should have shot out the tyres!" Again - "Why were shots fired with so many bystanders, the innocent could have been harmed!"

Police are in a no win situation. Here's an idea, if the ****ing magistrate had some balls, the ****ing drug taking psychopath wouldn't have been on the streets. Does it take one of their own family to be killed before they grow a brain?

A mate of mine in the job was on the scene and is spewing because they had a chance to get him 2 hours earlier, but were not allowed. The do-gooders win again, I rest my case.
 
It sickens me so much he's still alive and breathing and being treated in hospital while a three month old baby passed away last night. Sometimes I'm anti-death penalty, but definitely not right now. He doesn't deserve to have a life, even if it's a shit one in jail when he took so many others.

Personally I think a life in solitary confinement would be worse than the death penalty.

A lifetime of suffering is worse than a quick prick and then falling asleep forever.
 
Feels bit savage to kill crims, but I know what you mean Vonn. Just not sure what the answer is to that, but a system that allows the nut back out on bail to do this is clearly broken
 
I believe in Karma. I think what goes around comes around. It always has in my life, for me & those around me thus far.

So I think he will get what he deserves sooner or later.

FWIW, I hope he suffers. Badly. For a long long time. I hope he feels the kind of pain & grief his victims & their family & friends have had to feel. I doubt that is possible, but I hope he is subjected to a life of regret, pain & grief.

However, perhaps thinking from a bigger perspective, he may 1 day be able to prevent something like this from happening again. He may be able to be used to stop someone who is in a simar situation. Dead he has no value to society. Alive though he may do.
