Bloody cupboard shelving came crashing down in the kitchen. All my good bowls, plates etc.... And they landed on the full bottle of oilve oil making the explosion of tiny sharp fragments of bowls/plates that much harder to clean up...

I add it to my billable "review & preperation" hours though.
