I think I'd actually be more inclined to do my research on candidates before voting, and vote more based on local issues.

If you reply to a thread, it puts that thread back on to your 'watched threads' list by default, so you have to 'unwatch' it again.

That's why we tell people not to reply to threads they have no interest in. ;)

If you get the green bar up the top. Click on the cog on the right hand side to take you to account preferences. Under watch console options (towards the bottom) there's a check box to disable the navigation console.

I think I've been spending too much time reading the Longmire thread, I had a dream last night that we were playing Freo and the score was 0.11 to 1.4, and we were getting slammed by the commentators for being too negative. Ironically I think we ended up winning the match.
