A very depressing week i must say , just having a quiet Carlton Draught and i feel like a criminal

I've found this week has been one where I have just struggled for a bit of motivation. I know there is a lot I need to get done but just haven't had the kick to get onto it. Have tried to find the positives where I can. So here are mine:
- In a week and a half I get to teach the kids face to face again.
- I rode 300k's this month for the starlight foundation.
- I set a goal to raise $100 bucks for them and made it to over $300
- I have another visual ride fundraiser starting tomorrow for the MS foundation.

and to give you a laugh the special breed down in Tassie, who had so many options to name their basketball team decided to call them the Jack Jumpers. I mean..... wtf?
