And Jim Main has also sadly past. Wrote Shake Down the Thunder celebrating our 2005 Premiership which is a must for all Swan supporters libraries

Your a teacher and you can't spell metre lolHow's this for unhinged? My new school played my old school for inter-school sport yesterday. Former Principal arrives to "watch" her school play. Then spends the next hour and a half, walking within 30 meters of me every time one of the parents from the old school came over to have a chat.
You're*Your a teacher and you can't spell metre lol
Come on Bedders, it's the weekend. Everyone gets lazy sometimes. I'll be sure to proof read my posts in the future. I'll also be sure to check your spelling and grammar, providing detailed feedback on what you can do to improve it, in the future.Your a teacher and you can't spell metre lol

Because people are nasty, bitchy, spiteful, vindictive campaigners. Except for Bloods supporters and players who are the shining lights of society. My neighbour informed me that a ranger visited her yesterday because someone made a complaint about her dogs for being off-leash and being too noisy. She hasn't had an issue in 20+years. We've had new people move into a house nearby (it's been a few months now) and believe they made the complaint.
They aren't even my dogs but I'm pretty pissed off about it. Why wouldn't the new neighbour just speak to them about any dog issues? and also there's about 10+ dogs on the block who bark randomly throughout the day lol.
Speaking of, I am wearing some at work because the guitarist in the band doesn't know how to ****ing turn his amp downHeadphones people. FFS. Use them!
You can use your Sabre to steal money- covers off training at the same time
yeah its sucky how hard it becomes though
Sadly, unless you are in one of a few Olympic sports (swimming, cycling for example) there seems to be no financial support at all for athletes, especially not at grassroots level.Want to vent somewhere, felt like here might be appropriate.
I do a non mainstream sport at a relatively high level (Fencing, have captained Victoria, represented Australia, been a Vic state champion, won medals at teams (not individuals) at national level).
Have put in the hard yards over the years, lost 26 kilos, at my all time fittest levels so hopefully ready to pounce on the last part of the year.
Then tonight crunched the finances for my comps for the rest of the year (please note it is pretty much impossible to get a sponsorship).
I'm training like crazy and trying to figure out how to pay to go to all my competitions in the next few months.
Next few months (Not including 4 X state comps at $50 each, weekly lessons totalling $80 per week)
End of Sept/ Early Oct - Perth (Melbourne to Perth is fricken $1100 return, before accommodation and entry for two comps $120 each)
Oceanics In October - Auckland (Looking at maybe 600-800 return, entry for Comps is $90)
Melbourne Nat comp Cup Weekend - Hooray no travel ($120 comp fee)
NAtional championships - Adelaide - will drive, so $400 odd on fuel return, accom, two comps so maybe $1000 all up?
Potential Grand Prix - France - December - Looking at $3000-$4000 all up, cannot do this unless I do the above and do well.
Once you factor in training 5 days a week, the diet, giving up majority of your social life and the fact most of my opponents are younger, taller (well everyone is taller) and will be doing it for longer. It's a bit disheartening and you wonder whether it's worth it any more.
