My work's EBA is up for vote next week and they pushed the "Vote yes because:" as our new screensaver when our laptops lock. They claim 2 payrises next year but the combined increase of both of those works out to a 3% real wage decrease when adjusted for actual CPI.

Current EBA's are a joke. We got a 1% increase every 6 months over 4 years. We do finally get time in lieu for all the after hours stuff we do but their answer to excessive workload is to give us an extra hour of time away from the classroom to do the paperwork. Here's an idea, don't bother with the pay rise, give me more time in front of the kids where I can actually make a difference, just cut the paperwork by half.

Yes, there's no reason why they can't. The content however, is reviewed on an individual basis as are all new threads.
Edit: If poster is new to BF they may pop up in our Approval queue to make sure its not some sort of spam as well. So that's another check & balance.
