Doctors only allowed to prescribe 10 Panadol Fortes at a time with no repeats , absolute crap . So have to have a another appointment 2 days later to get another prescription !On noes, that's no good. Sound's like you're going to both?
My old man put his back out a few years ago and was told by his physio to do some back-stretching exercises 2-3 times a day. Don't think it was the most comfortable feeling when it's already sore but he said after about a week the pain lessened. He's done them every day since and the pain's been manageable.Like i was at the GF done the back again ! hard to walk let alone work .Physio says heat , Chiro says ice , both not working !

Making a massive change in my life today
Been working in I.T for over 13 years now (and honestly never enjoyed or loved my jobs). Recently I got diagnosed with depression and I think my work is a major reason behind this.
But have grown increasingly obsessed with fitness and nutrition over the years along with my sport.
So have decided to take a jump and am starting my studies to become a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist, with the view to actually making a full time career jump (that would more than half my wage)
good work and good luck
can't put a price on happiness

Good on you mate. The day I lose my love of teaching is the day I walk from the career. No point doing something you don't enjoy.Making a massive change in my life today

What are you onanyone else on zwift?
I was. When the price doubled last year and I wasn't getting to use it as much I dropped it and am giving FulGaz a go for a year. Not as interactive but it does the trick and the default settings are more aligned with real efforts.anyone else on zwift?
