Wouldn't surprise me if I have the beginnings of it. I snore, often wake up tired, dentist thinks I'm grinding my teeth.

But not done anything about it. I think I could prepare for sleep better and just go to bed earlier which probably helps, but I never seem to.

It’s possible. I wake up with a dry mouth and can’t breathe at times. It’s terrible. I have a GP appointment next week will talk about it to her. You should see a GP too
