On the plus side, I’ve lost 2.5kgs since my last GP visit. I’m down to 110kgs. Must be all the stir fry’s I’m doing and eating better

The blood tests I had recently came back all good. Thyroid and diabetes levels normal. Relieved.

And I’m also B+ type blood. This is always handy to know just in case, as I wanted to know

Pretty certain last weeks hot flashes were caused by my skin condition rosacea. Taking meds again to get this under control

I just ****ing hate my kneecap. Was heading into my bedroom and it just gave way on me. I hit my arm on the chair. I don’t think I’ve broken anything. Just ****ing annoyed with my kneecap.

Mine does that from time to time, got no freaking idea why.

Amazing ive collapsed 3 times today and the Hospital says im category 3 which could be 12 months when i should be C2 which is 3 Months so i know how you feel mate

I know why mine does it. My kneecap is chronically dislocated. My throchear groove is flat. It is what it is for me though
 
Every time I eat something processed, I think about the amount of crap in it. E.g. I'm eating ice cream and thinking about the ridiculous amount of sugar in it. Ditto with buying chicken nuggets and the fillers in it.

I've never thought about this until recently...

Not that I eat overly unhealthy but I’m firmly of the thinking that scientists are always finding something new that could be linked to some disease. I only have one crack at life and I’m not going to waste it abstaining from food and drink that I like (he says while downing a cider overlooking the Sydney Harbour Bridge.)
