Before they deregulated the pub hours, Windsor at closing time with all the pissed up squaddies looking for a fight was pretty unpleasant.

Yeah, squaddies. I recall being at Glasgow Queen Street station late on a Sunday night and there were two pissed squaddies there in desert cammo who were literally hours off the plane from Afghanistan acting like tremendous arseholes, especially to women.

Never been assaulted or in a fight of any sort, when out on the town. I attribute this to minding my own business and generally not being a dickhead. Who knows maybe I have just been lucky.

Hopefully my height and some added weight when I'm older will help me avoid this.
