Don't go too hard. Isn't the healthy weight loss ratio 1kg per week? Finally started my diet..was 88.2 on Monday and this morning weighed in at 85.6. Almost the 3kg mark in 4 days!
How long is he?One of my best and longest friends
One of my best and longest friends has just got engaged in Paris in front of the Eiffel Tower (a bit cliched, but romantic nonetheless). Told me about it like 5 months ago but it's still a very strange thing to me...a 21yo getting engaged to his girlfriend. He's a christian, if I needed to make that clear, and I'm happy for him but I just can't help but feel strange about it. I just hope he hasn't tied himself down too early and hasn't set himself up for a let down.
