Hmm, within the space of a few days my 4-year old desktop computer has crashed, and my 9-month old laptop has been hit by some sort of virus... I've restored my laptop to an earlier point but can't access any files. This is the embarrassing point when I put my hand up and say I haven't backed anything up. I understand I can fork out money to get most of my stuff back for both computers, but the more frustrating thing is the money aspect, of which I have very little at the moment...
