If Oasis weren't the biggest plagiarists in history, maybe they'd be worth a look. Liam & Noel should look to Radiohead for a lesson in originality and quality songwriting.

*bump*

Just came across this thread, what a classic.

Oasis= underground, just when you thought it couldn't get any funnier.

ROFL

The fact that every band these days acts like an indie wank makes Indie the mainstream. And bands who try and make it big underground.

Dumb shits.
hahahahahahaha
somebody let him come back

There is no doubt that this thread is absolute gold. Had a great laugh looking through it again. :thumbsu:

I genuinely miss that little cretin.

The music board just isnt the same without the outrageous nonsense he spoke.

Some things havent changed though.. Oasis are still rubbish.. and that song's still god awful.

Regarding the sitar from memory the first use in rock was Norwegian Wood..Paint It Black came after that I think.

Actually the Kinks used the sitar sound first in 'See My Friends' 6 months before Norwegian Wood.

They just used an electric guitar to replicate its sound and encompase the Indian raga.
