I am very leery of Blakely as a Freo supporter. The last couple of years should have been 'his year' to take over in the midfield. A lot of it was Ross playing him off the HBF but a bit of it was also he was a bit one-way sometimes.

This year should absolutely be his year with the HBF looking pretty full with better kicks like Hill, Aish and Young in addition to Ryan and Wilson. But I think he's in real danger of being overtaken by players who are already better in Brayshaw or quite possibly will be better in Cerra. At 400k I think it's too much of a risk. Better off going with a genuine best 22 option in Dawson I think if you want a ~400k midpricer in defence.
This I agree with you, big doubts on him. This IS his year so jump on when/if he breaks out, not before.

more faith in Lyons to continue where he left off.....but atm he a placeholder, got eyes on other pods around his price.

Keepin eye on Rockliff in particular

You’re either a masochist or you have one hell of a third eye if you’re legitimately considering the OG Burnman...

Looks good, can see by the Mcgrath pick you're looking for value/breakouts which is the name of the game...not bad.
Just be wary of injury types, you seem to have a few.

This is the new ugly ass lollipop format version.

No Gawn which is sphincter clenching but I like the balance it brings elsewhere. Sauce would have to show some real vigor in JLT for me to even consider this option though.

Every year it is so difficult to pick your side, but you usually have a good idea of who will play ect. But this year is without doubt going to be a little more difficult
