After only a couple iterations, I like the following structure a lot.
Def: 2-2-4 (2 premiums, 2 mid pricers, 4 rookies)
Mid: 5-0-6
Ruck: 2-0-1
Fwd: 2-2-4

The 4 mid pricers are Docherty, Roberton, D. Smith and J. Steven.
