Thought I would rate our list from a D to A+

I rated our list based on the now, obviously the rating of a lot of the kids will go up with experience. You would hope anyway

Player rating doesn't matter to much it's more to do with how you play as a team but a lot of people overrate our list when you look at our list individualy .

Finally some honest posters not posting tripe that has the list rated for a three peat.

Every draft period I hear oh we paid nothing for him so it doesn't matter. Now i look at the list and think maybe we shouldve paid something for somebody!!!!

In our eyes we have won every trade have a look at it and smell the roses. The list is diabolical!

It's not 2011 Swan is not an A. Cloke is not an A, when he can win us games he will be an A maybe not his fault but he's not an A at all in 2014/15. B.

Its not Swan of 2014 either. He's fitter than last year and wants to make amends, his been the most consistent mid for a while, expect a big year from him.

I think you are close with some but a bit harsh on others


I think Marley Williams has been our best player for the NAB series, Pendles is still rusty as is most of the elder seniors.

Taylor Adams B Gets so much of it doesn't matter if he sometimes stuffs up, just needs to focus on disposal a bit and we have a jet.

Jarryd Blair C+ Has been ok up forward.
Timothy Broomhead C He will play lots of games this year
Nathan Brown C+ Has under performed, he will come good.
Travis Cloke B+ It's not his fault he has always 2 players on him, so he has to roam around more.

Jack Crisp B He has been our second best player based on NAB form behind Williams.
Jordan De Goey C Will be B by years end
Sam Dwyer C
Jamie Elliott B Needs to stay in the forward half.
Alex Fasolo C Wasn't bad as a roaming half back, gets lost too often up forward.
Nathan Freeman C Will be B- by years end
Jack Frost C Defense is B sometimes B+ but offensively he is E and is embarrassing.
Corey Gault C+ Has been awesome and will play games for sure this year.
Tyson Goldsack C+ Needs to be used in defense where he is best used, replacing Frost when Reid is in the team.
Matthew Goodyear Unknown
Levi Greenwood B Has been amazing and was easily our best player on the day until his injury.
Brodie Grundy B Rucking was great vs McEvoy and Ceglar, Minson creamed him at times but is AA and more mature.
Patrick Karnezis C Needs to be on the wing please.
Lachlan Keeffe B Based on last years form he would be our best defender right now but has been injured last 5 weeks, first game is soon.
Ben Kennedy C+ Skill but doesn't like getting dirty.
Tom Langdon B What a gun, 2nd year and is our best defender.
Brent Macaffer B+ Best tagger in the league now that Crowley's days are over.
Michael Manteit Unknown
Jonathon Marsh D Still a baby.
Brayden Maynard Unknown Will be a B minimum in 2 years.
Darcy Moore Unknown As above, he already is a freak, has made Cloke and White look bad during pre season.
Adam Oxley C+ Wow, most improved over the pre season, will get games this year and might even be in for round 1
Scott Pendlebury A+ Showed glimpses, he is still warming up.
Jackson Ramsay C Meh, average player and might do jobs here and there, he has improved a lot during pre season but still has a long way to go.
Ben Reid B Played a decent game in the VFL and will play again, might sneak in for round 1
Matthew Scharenberg Unknown His best bet is to take this season really slowly and warm into it in the second half and storm home.
Paul Seedsman C
Steele Sidebottom B Needs to be used in the forward line more where he is deadly dangerous.
Ben Sinclair C wtf was he doing vs Bulldogs, he looked decent the previous two games but after the Dogs I am like wtf man.
Dane Swan A Warming up.
Josh Thomas C+ Has been awesome except one area, disposal, he needs to be more chill and clear headed like Pendles when he gets it.
Alan Toovey C+ Has been ok and hopefully he is like all the other seniors, just warming up.
Travis Varcoe C He is bad in defense, he averages a goal a game and sets up well when he gets it he uses it well, so keep him forward plz Bucks?
Jesse White C Needs to be used in the ruck more, he is decent.
Marley Williams B Best player so far for us based on NAB series form.
Jarrod Witts B Will take back number 1 Ruck and keep Grundy out when he is ready.
Clinton Young C Meh, probably de-list at seasons end.

Need more of the B's to become minimum B+ by seasons end and a couple to step up to B+ compared to last season and I will be happy.
There are plenty of C's that are potential A's but need game time ie. De Goey (wow) Freeman, Moore, Maynard and maybe later this season Sharenberg
Bring on 2016 and 2017, please play these kids Bucks.

Cant believe people still rate Sidebottom as A grade. Hasnt improved since he was 19yo. Still runs around unaccountable and rarely makes any impact on the results. C grade for me

He runs around "unaccountable" because he has run his opponent into the ground. Best two-way runner we have and right on the verge of A-grade IMO.

They were in 2011 to be fair. Probably not Cloke. Daisy was definitely A. Didak was an A in 2010. Jolly was an A-B grade Ruckman in 2010. Shaw was probably a B. Ball was an A in 2010 and 11.

I think he has the occasional A type game or two but what he needs to show is consistency – highly rated by other AFL teams.

45 on the above list, 3 of which are still rookies, 4 that have come from other clubs and yet to play in home and away game, 14 either yet to play or under 10 games.

Almost half yet to really show whether they will make it, if 10 of those make it together with those B or better, we have the makings of a really good team in two years time.
