The fact that people actually voted Pagan, makes me laugh

lol didn't Pahan win 4 of the first 11 last year? without a certain player called C.Judd. i think right now if we got 4 wins by the halfway mark then most people would take it.
Got nothing against Ratts, think he would make a good coach over time. i think as of now Dennis is the better coach though. but i know the players gave up on him so for that reason maybe he did need to go.
laughing at all those though that think it is so clear cut between Ratten and Pagan however considering that Ratten hasn't even won us a game yet.

Pagan was a good coach just didnt have the support and players he needed any carlton people bagging him should look closer at the board for the reasons behind his failure. He managed to take you to 2 night premierships but list depth and board support let him down. He was a great coach that got screwed badly

Final 6 rounds of 2007 + 2 rounds of 2008 = '12 or 13'

One is a modern coach that knows the modern game, who is in touch with the players and actively participates in training drills and has a laugh with the boys.

The other was born 2 years after World War II ended, and was a stubborn/cold man who refused to play the kids and rarely ever took training, he was also on a MUCH heftier pay packet and delivered nothing for us.

time will tell with ratten. i think he aint tough enough on the boys, he is abit soft but we shall see as the season unfolds

I think we need to go through a longer more in depth assessment of his performance ie. more than 2 games with his own assistants and game plan, maybe say half to a whole season?
