Ashwin is easily the best spinner in the world right now. Has improved a lot over the last year. Anyone using the doctored pitches argument is just a reflection of their ignorance or immature stubbornness to look past their own preconceived notions.

I don't think the gap between Ashwin, Shah and Herath is that big to be honest. It's great to have some quality spinners going around at the moment.

Ashwin's batting makes him an exceptional cricketer.
