For the past couple of years Presti's been spotted loitering outside Alberton in a raincoat with a bag of boiled lollies he's gets away with molesting Tredrea that much.

He's been doing it for years - if they umpired him properly under the new interpretations he'd be utterly irrelevant. Instead he gets to wrap himself around his opponent like an octopus for no apparent reason.

can someone find the AFL rule book and look up the rules and see if in the fine print if it says Colllingwood are exempt from all rules and are allowed to get away with everything?
