Zuthrie ahead of Henry?
Peeps keep complaining we're too tall down back and play too many defenders

So we've dropped a defender in a Henry, and playing Zuth who is seen as more of a utility player - against Essendon when he came on at halftime he started on the wing and went forward at times, so not really the small/medium defender he was at the start of his career

Didn't even notice no Tuohy - maybe not injured, just building fitness after back issues over the pre-season

And Henry won't be seen; tomorrow he'll be lining up in the VFL alongside Tuohy

Evans & Constable the traveling emergencies with one of them to be the sub

Tuohy, who has had some minor back issues in pre-season, and Henry will both play in the Cats’ VFL practice match against Coburg at Deakin Uni tomorrow.

Henry has been named as an emergency along with Charlie Constable, Quinton Narkle and uncapped small forward Francis Evans.

Constable and Evans both travelled to Adelaide, with one of that pair to be Geelong’s medical substitute, which will be named 60 minutes before the first bounce.

So is Tuhoy injured? Or just not in the best team?

Must be injured. Couldn't possibly be ranked 27 or lower from amongst the available playing group.

Zuth over Henry is a genuine surprise, though. And it leaves you with the feeling that if the group stays fit (and we see the likes of Cameron, Duncan, Simpson and Tuohy all available again), there's going to be some other omitted names raising some eyebrows as the year goes on.

Henry unlucky but I don't mind going in with only one of he or Kolo. Zac Guthrie probably the most unexpected in the 22, but here's hoping he can pull a 'Sam Simpson' and show his worth.

I feel like Guthrie is going to play that Tuohy utility type role

Against Essendon when he came on at halftime he started on the wing, he also went forward and could drop back at times - thinking he'll play more mid/forward than we've seen in the past, but can also slot back if needed depending on the situation or if the sub is activated etc

Still playing 9 defenders if you include Clark. Kolo and Guthrie not needed would rather we’d play constable or evans from the emergencies listed
