That was a hard fought win.

We tried harde for longer and got the reward .

Just leaving the ground and the crowd are stunned both Carlton and Dockerss. It's a weird atmosphere.

My favourite thing in footy is watching a player take a big risk to try and win a close game. Armfield copped shit his whole career for trying it and failing in a final against Sydney, but that's the exact moment I started liking him as a player.

Happened twice in 5 seconds before that last goal. Casboult standing up through three tackles to find a way to get the ball out clear of the congestion, then Murphy sidestepping back into that congestion to make the snap on goal. ****ing Epic

Seriously awesome coaching by Teague. Getting Kennedy, SPS & Fisher out of the centre square has been a master stroke. Kennedy was huge all day. Gives SOS his chance when Ed was getting towelled up. Was willing to take a chance which Bolts just never did.

Teague has a number of weeks to go but I also jumped on him at 12’s because he looks like a smart operator who is getting them to commit.
