Must say I was pretty pissed off bringing him in the week before GAJ went down, figured everyone would grab him. Getting suspended was a bonus in the long run.

He could be #1 SC player by season end and people have grabbed SJ or JPK instead of him just because he wasn't available this week. Stroke of luck I say. Might even win my league fame with a big fat donut in the midfield!

Was wondering where you were. Still not super-premo IMO, super-premo is an average of 120+. GAJ is at another level.
110+ for mids is regular premo.
That's the way I see it too. Super 120+, Ultra 130+

Suppose we all have our own definitions tho. Furphy is definitely a Premo, but not a super in my eyes. He fits in to the same category as Priddus, Sidebottom, Treloar, Sloane etc.. Can go big and pull out huge scores, but comes along with sub-par scores too often. Rocky, JPK etc are more the super types IMO.

Score cutoffs depends on the line. 90+ is good enough for premo in the backline for example and 100+ would be super premo. Still don't get all this arguing over Murphy, he's firmly in the category just below the ultra premiums along with guys like Sloane, SJ, Goddard, Ward and co.
I'd rather have any of those ahead of Furphy. At the end of the day he started at 500k and is currently priced at 530k. Hit 570 after a few good weeks but generally has stayed <550k. That's about where he sits in my eyes.

I posted that because when he gets tagged out of games against mediocre teams such as Collingwood trolls point out that he struggles against the top 8 teams which is not the case as his record against top 4 teams is as good as any ultra-premo. He does struggle against teams with the best taggers though, as do a lot of the other top players, but that's expected when you are your teams best player.
Agreed with that post. Opposition is pretty irrelevant in my book, as we've agreed on before. GAJ and Pendles had their lowest scores against ordinary opposition last year and Garry's best performances are normally against Hawthorn.

16/1787(C). Miles, Gray, Polec, Fyfe, Pendles and Sandilands. Hope the latter is either a late out so I get HMac's 144, or he goes massive against GWS. Predicted to hit >2400, but take with a barrel of salt

ROFLMAO that coming from a carlton supporter
Carlton aren't mediocre, they're shit, they wish they were mediocre. Melbourne are in the same boat.
