I was flying over Australia while most of that was happening. Clearly didn't miss much.

Anyway of what I saw big ticks to Samo. Kerridge seems to be trying hard. Um, McKay will be great. So will Charlie.

Overall though it was a well drilled AFL side vying for a premiership against a team of teenagers.

Close to a generation of gross mismanagement.

Was always going to take a long while to fix the mess. We're off to a good start though.

Cant wait to trade our leading goal kicker and the only bloke who can take a contested grab for a 2nd rounder. Lock us in for the spoon in 18

Been saying it for quite some time, the team is way too tall.

There is zero run, zero pressure and those smaller players that are playing are getting way too burnt out.

It's got to a point now where it just needs to be changed, scoreboard or not. We are getting smashed in close and out in space.

We have currency in the backline, we need to use it this offseason. And no, it's not anyone in their teens or early 20's.

Mids and senior leadership is where we are lacking. Both need to be addressed urgently.
