Also this year we will do our very own MVP for each round , at the end of the year player with most points crowned GC bigfooty player of the year , which is surely a higher accolade than the Brownlow:D

We will do a 5,4,3,2,1 system , seems to work for other boards.

Alex Magin should not play again this season..it was embarassing when he was trying to bring himself off the ground in the last quarter and team staff told him to stay on.

Very dissapointing game but there were a few players had good games.

5- Riischitelli - liked his game , never stopped trying
4- Bennell - Got better as game went on , our best newbie
3- Harris - 30 possys , good 150th.
2- Smith - nice debut from big fella
1- Stanley

meh
5. Harris - Gave it his all for his 150th, was the best in a disapointing team.

4. Rischitelli - Another who played well, him and Harris are what kept the game from being even worse.

3. Smith - Wow, I thought he was around 190cm when he got on the ground, very agile big man, could've kicked a goal or 2.

2. Dixon - This guy will be a star, he's huge, Laidler would've been victom of the concussion rule if he had stayed in his way.

1. Matera - Did some nice things, kicked a great goal (Might've been Bennel, can't remember)

Unlucky: Bennel, Swallow, Ablett, Stanley

Thought I'd wait a while before coming on your board to welcome the Suns and their supporters to the wild ride of AFL footy.:thumbsu:
I would not be too disheartened the early thumpings are what make the inevitable victories the sweeter.
It's going to take a few months just to get a cohesive side on the park regularly. No side just "appears" ready to go.

Exactly 10 years since our first ever AFL game. What a ride it has been...

I wanted to post in this thread above but unfortunately it was locked. Mods I think it'd be worthwhile opening it back up for this momentous occasion.
