If we sack Longmuir, who can we realistically bring in? That's the problem, we can say yeah sure, get rid of him, for who?

On a serious note, we play finals in 2022, all is good. A fair amount of players plus an important midfield coach leaves and all of a sudden it’s sack the coach? We have most certainly underperformed this year but hastily pulling the trigger on a head coach is a Carlton move. Have a good offseason, maybe recruiting some experienced or exciting assistants, with a squad that doesn’t change age demographic radically then we can find out where we are at. Only way I see JL getting sacked is of our first 2/3 of 2024 are the same as our first 2/3 this year (assuming no catastrophic injuries).
