Got home and watched the replay to make sure it was real. Great day

So good that it was the younger players that won it for us.

McKay was awesome
Cripps first half was enormous
SPS was incredible
Our defence was incredible again. All of them
Thought it was Plowman's best game in a while
Love Jack's game.
Fisher very very good
Gibbons when on the ball looked and AFL player
Casboult played a great role
Kruezer makes a huge difference especially in confidence
Walsh for a 4 game players is incredible

Just happy for the Club, Bolts and the players. They have worked so hard and it's reward for so much effort.
Listening to radio on way home amazing how commentators now say we have great young talent. What's changed in a week?? FFS

So much to like and so much to come. This year will have ups and downs but days like today will show people what we have.

PS People saying the players are losing confidence by losing or the coach doesn't have them think again. Sides with issue don't bounce back like this or play that style of football.

Well done Blues. You deserve it :thumbsu:

So many in-game highlights, but one of my favourite memories from today will be the embrace between Crippa and Walsh straight after the siren - talk about “Bound by Blue”.

The future is bright Bluebaggers ... but no brighter than it was 24 hours ago, or 7 days ago, which some of us would do well to keep in mind imho.

They barracked there hardest for the dogs to come back didn’t they, and when that failed they beat the 100 point thing to death, but we really killed that as well a bad day all round for the commentators. SPS is the best ball user by foot in the AFL.
His kicking is sublime 👍

I think he had 17 today. I think the Walsh thing might be a bit intimidating or confronting for him. Might need a rest or something to take his mind off yhings
Hmm I don’t see that, I think paddy’s mind gets ahead of him sometimes
Kicked the hall before he’s even kicked it.... if you know what I mean

Maybe but Polson & LOB were given specific roles today and earned praise from the coach after
What do you expect the coach to say in public?
I’ll wait to see what the match committee say with their actions at selection next week.
Don’t get me wrong I’m over the moon with the win but more importantly with the numerous positives out of this game but Polson is just not up to it, lots of kids aren’t.
I’m not saying anything derogatory I’m just calling it the way I see it.
Read my post before the game today , i said I’d be keeping a close eye on both of them, now I’m not Nostradamus but it was clear to me they’d be the most underperformed today.

yeh could be that. I think there would be a lot of pressure on him to be honest. Humans are funny, we make comparisons between ourselves and others especially when we shouldn't be. It's only natural. I genuinely think a rest might help him.

Thank **** i dont have to hear about the 100 point bs
Commentators were plumping to shape the game as some sort of loss for Carlton if we didn't hit that irrelevant milestone. Made Walsh's goal even better.
