5 Selwood
4 Tuohy
3 Duncan
2 Hawkins
1 Horlin-Smith
horlin smith? our 3rd lowest in fantasy points despite being a midfielder and fantasy points dont even take account of how much he was cut up by his opponent or how scrappy his possessions were. He was in our bottom 5 easily.

If this wasn't my opinion, then I'd be wrong, and you would be right about that. But it is my opinion. H-S did get in a number of times and extract the ball at stoppages. Other than Selwood he was the only one at it for 4 quarters.

5 Z. Tuohy - possibly his best game for the year; I've rated him harshly but one of the few who didn't raise the white flag today
4 P. Dangerfield - underdone but still has more grunt than most of his teammates combined
.. struggling ..
3 T. Hawkins - 20 disposals, 9 marks and 3 goals looks better on paper than what unfolded; still, his workrate was good. Umps did him no favours as usual.
2 M. Blicavs - beaten but at least kept competing
1 J. Selwood - one of his least effective 30-touch games; laid an equal team high 6 tackles though.

Didn’t you get the memo a players true value is determined by how well he did in fantasy? ...amateur

Apart from saying that was our worst game since 1960,

5. Tuohy
4. Selwood
3. Blicavs
2. Hawkins
1. Dangerfield

Wow, that was hard to watch

Not sure if you're serious, but if so, no it wasn't and not even close
I was being serious in the emotion of the game
They had no system on the weekend
If Essendon had enough skill, they would have made our system look non existant.
Players constantly on their own and gaps to pick through
Forward fifty entries haphazard
They were a team in crisis, and we let them out
I know the cats have a long history of playing poorly against weak opposition, but that was truly embarrassing.

I still haven't seen the Blues v Cats 1995 GF... Thankfully I was overseas at the time. That could be right up there as the worst.

Or maybe 1994 West Coast v Cats GF - I was at that one, never seen us stink so badly.

Oh wait, maybe that time the Pies pumped us in Round 9 - 2008.

Yeah, I think there have been worse games where we've been rightfully pantsed.

Easily worst half - v Hawks 1990 at VFL park - we were up by nearly 3 goals halfway through 2nd quarter and lost by over 100. Think the ball went our side of the centre maybe 6 times in the last hour and Dunstall kicked 12 (I think). Only good thing was when Brereton launched a revenge haymaker at Yates, missed and nearly knocked out a team mate.
