Do I need to go into why this is inappropriate?

I don't think he meant any offence in that post, probably misguided is a better term than inappropriate in this instance.

It's a bit frustrating that players who aren't KPPs seem to be rated by recruiters on whether they can play in the midfield. Betts has had a fantastic career as a small forward whose only exposure to the midfield has been walking through there on the way to the forward line at the start of each quarter.

A small forward who consistently kicks 40+ goals per season is worth their weight in gold.
Not quite true

Betts has had plenty of starts at centre bounces since being at Crows

SOS is building the 21st century Carlton mosquito fleet - SPS, Fisher, Polson and LeBois. All under 180 cms.

Remember the mosquito fleet from the late seventies and early eighties? Ashman, Buckley, Sheldon, Marcou, Harmes, Keogh, Maylin, Wells, Armstrong .... have I missed anybody?

You can add Bradley, Fraser Murphy, Evans, Naley and Gleeson to that list if you included the rest of the 80's !!! :)

If I had to rate our draftees in order based off of their youtube highlights, I would go

1.SPS
2.Fisher
3.LeBois
4.Silvagni
5.Polson
6.Kerr
7.Williamson

Looks like a jet!

Happy to give the guy a chance to prove himself, but turned it over a fair bit in those 'highlights' packages.
Take a look at the field kicking test and watch him on his left, then take note of the repeat sprint testing. I reckon he left a little in the tank there.

Will come in leaps and bounds in a professional environment, if he's committed. If that's the level of detail our scouts put in across every facet of tape and study, then I'm much more confident about our picks.

That said, would have loved Zurhaar here, as I reckon he has more midfield potential.

Ummm looking at that footage, I only saw him maybe turn it over once?
It's not great footage, and his wrong foot is a bit inconsistent.

They aren't highlights, just every touch in those games pretty sure.
Depends on the player, but it's a good chance those are most of his touches in this case.

Lieutenant Dan has a better right peg than Kym!
The left though! :thumbsu:

Johnston was 180cms, Glascott was 183cms, Hunter was 183 cms and McConville was 183 cms. Des English was 178 cms but was a back pocket specialist.
