I've just thought its was deliberate that the banner avoided denigrating the opposition in such a public way, maybe part of the Richmond man culture, respect your opponents, let the onfield stuff do the talking. I prefer it this way. Leave the cheap classless stuff to the blues. When we unfurled in R1 last year blues banner read "not as sweet as 16" - let them rest on their laurels coz they are a nothing club now, not worth worrying about.
