Cox will get 80% of the hitouts in the game. So that will be around 30-35 DT points without getting a disposal. He'll also get at least 20 touches, so 100 is gaurenteed, IMO.

I agree. Has anybody get any stats on how Cox has gone in the wet in the past? I'd have a look myself but i've got no idea which West Coast games have been in the wet.

Cannot decide between Cross and Cox.

Cox seems like the obvious choice, but there's something about making him captain this week that doesn't seem right. Then again, he could come out and score 140 and I'll end up looking like a goose.

It also may not even rain at the MCG tomorrow. The rain this week has been very hit and miss. Cross was very ordinary last week, but he very rarely has a couple of bad games in a row.

Was thinking along the same lines but the Blues midfield is also much much much stronger than it had been in any of those games. Judd Stevens a more mature Murphy Carrazzo and Gibbs along with Hadley and Simpson there is a lot mroe ball winning ability there and somebody like Simpson or Hadley could get a run with role. Having said that Hayes and Riewoldt are the Kings of the Dome so i might have to consider Hayes

I wouldnt go cox because well the other 2 are better options. Both bulldogs playing against Melbourne. You would think Cross would get one of Demons best taggers, although they dont have any. So I would go BJ. He always does good and maybe with a crap Dess defence he might dominate.

Good point. To me west is probably most dangerous being start of the season and fresh and such. But BJ comes up the ground more a lot so he gets a lot of the ball. And on top of that he kicks the goals so he would be a better pick .
