Maybe should have been given the GF Chris?? I think you will find every ground in a 100k radius is looking amazing atm. Funny how a few weeks of good weather brings them back...even Riddell looks good! Bit of rain forecast this coming week along with sh1t weather next weekend. Could make for an interesting preliminary final at Tiger Park

Spoke to a bloke at the pub tonight said the lancefield ground needs rain. he said they are going to water it tomorrow night. They are talking about watering it next Friday so it's not too hard for the prelim.

I play golf at Lancefield and yep, greens are rock hard and watering starts Monday. Romsey oval will be watered before the GF if rain doesn't come earlier

Men v boys. The thing that stood out was the the size of Romsey. Big boys that move it well and are so clean. Riddell had no time where Romsey moved it so well they looked like they had all the time in the world.

Game was over midway thru 2nd quarter. Lost a player in the first minute of the game, but it didn't seem to matter. Big Lurch was fantastic in the ruck against Cariss, Lobby up forward couldn't drop a mark, and the little blokes in Ryan, Mitchell, Farmer and Mills were brilliant. Not sure there was a weak link for the Redbacks today.
Will be a cracking tomorrow at Rockbank, and my 'guess' is that Sims and co. will get the job done over Rupo
