Not a bad idea i guess. But the first step would be to discuss a critera for being eligable.Otherwise it will just be another topic that goes around in circles.
Example: Is there a games critera? ETC. ETC. ETC.

And another example would be this: dippa played over 300 games at the redbacks in the rdfl. M.power played a bit in quite a few leagues. J.cuffe i beleive made the EDFL team of the decade. Bomber Besanko played his entire career in the rdfl.

There needs to be a set critera otherwise youll be comparing apples with oranges.

No i think it should be available to people that played both.
If i were part of a selection committee the first point i would make is have a look at the title( RDFL HALL OF FAME)
The first thing the League would/should do is induct the junior players drafted to A.F.L
THEY MIGHT THEN SET A MINIMUM REQUIRED rdfl GAMES FOR ALL OTHERS.
Other criteras might be medal winners, premiership captains,league representitives etc.

Lets not forget long time umpires,coaches and support staff also.
