I would just like to say a big thanks to Macedon - a great bunch of girls and a well disiplined / skillfull game between all three grades. Thanks Macedon and good luck for the finals.

Sunbury c grade won Bs As lost... All 3 grades mainly the A grade was a really nice game, both teams put the first game behide them which was great.
Next time we play it will be the same and there will be no need for officals secruity anything like that....

I think with the final weeks of play coming up all teams are going to start firing, especially those like Wallan, Romsey and Lancefield who are all in a battle for a top 6 spot. I think the remaining rounds could see some upsets which will make for some awesome netball.
I agree with the above except that I think Broadford will really take it to Melton and could possibly cause an upset with the support from a home crowd.

Yes I also agree with the above Broadford might take it up to Centrals but I think Centrals will still come out on top and if not a loss before finals would not hurt them lets just hope it is a good FAIR game by all. Good luck to all girls this weekend.

She retired at the end of last year. So that's a pretty good question. Actually both questions were.

Bit late in the season to be rigging another league best & fairest i would've thought.
But who knows what mfnc are capable of after last years theft.
Girls keep your eyes pealed for her picking up early votes in games she never took the court.

how is the winning of the league b+f rigged?she topped the goal scoring in the league. both umpires give votes. last years alleged gf theft was by a decent margin. seems to be a bit of concern about her playing considering shes in her 40s. by the way she is actually the club coach,and through other commitments,hasn't always been available saturdays to coach ,let alone play. interesting to see Tania Croft s running around in B grade at Riddell . one of the best A grade centres in league and a multiple premiership player.Bit late in the season to be rigging another league best & fairest i would've thought.

I don't think I would be complaining if my team had a quality player like Melissa returning. Good on Mel for getting her runners back on, I was happy to hear she was back on court again and I don't even play for Macedon!

Good on her if she has made a return, she's was always a pleasure to play against and a very nice woman.
All I said was that the comments made earlier were interesting given she retired at the end of last season.

1. According to RDNA Rules only 3 games are required
2. They are 4th on 10 wins 4 losses and 1 draw
3. Centrals, Broadford and Diggers are above them and out of those teams only Centrals have beaten them (46-32). I believe they play them again this week so will be good to see how they go.

I thought this was a forum for updates/news on teams and players in the RDFL
for those who may not play/watch and can still stay in touch!Good on M Climas for playing. Everyone should play sport for as long as they are able

I think broadford lost by 18 or so thts a big margin.... i think come finals the only teams to give melton a good go will be macedon and diggers
