Reckon one of the big movers if last saturdays form is to go anything by will be Sam graham from Lancifield (NO 7). Also reckon J.Jose wont sit at 44 for to long ..knowing BM he wouldnt be happy with number 17 either adn thats excluding the kangaroos players
Will be a shame if grubby sits out this week over such a charge any chance for a suspened sentence what precidents have the tribunal set for these type fo charges..
IMS maybe you can lets us no later in the week whether a few X diggers boys are playing in the 2nds

The one you really want to know about wont be playing this week Billy boy...

I believe that the actual report was for insulting language towards an umpire, not abusive.

Straight to the tribunal though a Red, no set penalty's, will be interesting to see what the result is to be honest. Its almost a test case of sorts.

Personally, Mike thinks it is a little precious to be honest. But hey, if that was insulting then we should see plenty of reports over the coming weeks as well as plenty of Red Cards, its a common comment that is made week in week out towards umpires, strange to see it come out as a report now. I hear it towards umpires towards players every week.

I think we need to stop being so precious with matters like this. But im sure that the Clown Court will sort it out straight away, 16 weeks or so.

Mike out.

Like you Mike i want to see the best players out on the park. But lets not excuse poor discipline. Grub's a good player and there is no disputing that but in big games players need to keep there mouth shut. We all know what R D F L umpires can be like- so we shouldn't be surprised when these types of incidents occur. You have to learn to bite your tongue and take it out on your cat or dog at home and not penalise the team. Mongeral any chance you can tell us what was said. And yes it is a bit of a Kangaroo court all the better reason to make sure you dont give the umpy an excuse to go up.

Anyone who doubted the Riddell juggernaut.. Bow to the best on one knee.. Riddell are a better side this year than they have been for the past 3 seasons.
The balance through the midfield, the multiple options up forward, the steady and united backline. Just superb.

The Bombers came to play, the Roos didn't.. We were flat and unwilling to work as hard as the Riddell guys.
James Petran had the ball on a string, Ryan Leitch was outstanding, Jason Allen marshalled the backline, Bellville had 30 plus, most concerning for opposition is that Waddsy started to get touch as well.

Good luck Kilmore, you are gonna need it....

Seeing as you tippped the Roos to beat Riddell your now officially on Riddells juggernaut? 113 points is just a bit to big or a margin for a person in the know to get wrong.

Also with Lee James in that side last years team would be 5 goals better.

i heard a rumor romsey offered big dollars to jamie cuff this week can anyone confirm if so would be a huge factor if he agrees

Dean Helmers (SK) – Working his way back.

IMS I am not going to criticise, just ask what you factors you use when you make up these lists, I agree i think Bonnici and Robbo would be going very well in the Bowen, however if you compare to AFL the guys that have the biggest infleuence, on big games may not be the ones that win League B&F's.

Like you have mentioned with DUM DUM, who are the game breakers, Bomber besanko, and waddsy always seem to kick goals against us when the game is on the line. Would you change the top 10 say for guys who win 'big' games for their club!

Fair call Rodriguez.. I agree with all of the game breakers you mentioned above, I still honestly believe that not only would the 1 and 2 be polling well in the Bowen, but in my opinion ARE the guys having the biggest impact on these games, irrelevant on whether they are polling or not...

I have no doubt KA that Riddell would be 5 goals better off with James in the side... It would strengthen an already super football side.

I will always tip the Roos to win games KA, that is the club I am associated with. Riddell were superb on the weekend, but I know our boys can perform alot better than what they did on Saturday, and will do so...

Cuinik is one of the classiest players in our competition, certain senior player who wont be playing ressies for too long I wouldn't think

Darrin Rowsell - 10/10 - perfect thus far

Mick Giddings - 9.5/10 - has done a magnificent job considering the players he has had missing.

Jarrod Dixon - 9/10 - depth got tested on Saturday, but no real faults.

Mark Dipietro and Darren Lingard - 6/10 - need to get more from their fringe players.

Terry Ahearn 7.5/10 - got the young side firing, needs to get wins against top-four sides in second half to improve his ranking.

Glen Hopkins 3.5/10 - hasn't got the players firing at all. needs to get better game plans and get his players inspired ... and fast!

Chris Collins 8/10 - is getting the best from his playing group considering how badly they performed last year. Will continue to improve.

Mark Greenshields 5/10 - It's a tough side to coach, not much flexibility in the ranks. But is looking at the job as a project, not a quick fix.

Gav Christeanson 5/10 - Lost a lot of players over summer, good wins against Lancefield and Melton Central though. Will be ruing the Rockbank loss and the thrashing at Kilmore.

Rockbank crew 5/10 - Considering Wayne Mackey left early days, the Rams are doing a good job. Have beaten Macedon, have been in touch with Kilmore, Sunbury Kangaroos and Woodend-Hesket at qtr time also.

thank you pickles for the quick ratings good job...
what do you think of macedon not going into kilmores rooms after the game for a beer, only one player went in the rooms being azza christeanson. tad dissapointing, forgot about it last week.

Didn't know this happened a 21st and 18th in the playing group but that's no excuse for no show should of at least made some sort of showing at after game.

Speaking of after game thanks to the umpire/s who cleaned their boots on the internal walls of the Tony Clarke complex. If you wan't respect show some.:thumbsdown::thumbsdown:
