foward j duff is dangerous around goals! plus he doesnt like manning up all that much haha!
even chuck him on the wing n let him run foward to kick goals or create goals!
will be a hit with the fellas at a new club, easy to get along with (if u take out midseason biffs at local pub ) but hes a funny focker!

his body is the same althou his boxing skills have improved rapidly boxing every morning at 5 am will do that might need to get a few miles in his legs and a few less burbon cans before we see what some of us know he is really capeble of....

Heard again last night that Adrian Baker is a real possibility to line-up with Romsey in 2008. On his day Bakes has been an out and out superstar and IMO even though he's a touch older he will still thrill the RDFL crowds should he become a Redback.

NO ONE in the RDFL would get near the 10.20 mark. Chris Judd got that for a 3.2km and broke Carlton's club record. Closest anyone would get would be around the 11.40 mark, and that is moving!
Also, whippet boy... West Footscray have only just gone into Div. 1 this coming season. Would of been div. 2 when the hammerheads were around.

Hows everyones numbers for training in early 08.?? Saw the roo boys boys running round the streets of Sunbury, looked like they had good numbers
I'd like to see him have a crack at that at this years grand final! Half time, one rep from all clubs! It would be more entertaining than the sprint!

u r surely kidding my friend. number one there is no way carltons record was broken by chriss judd running 10.20 for 3.2 km it was all a ploy by carlton to get members and people like yourself to go whoa hang on wow judds in massive form mayb i should by a membership. the princess park track has been run quicker by plenty of people considering a kid at draft camp ran 3km in 9.30 i cant see an extra 200m taking well ober 50 seconds. a bloke at uni blacks ran it in 10.08 .

pronk got 10:08 kid runs like a freak
barton got 10"12
and colliver 10:20
was another 3 under 11 30.
i struggled at 12 on the dot!

who cares what times are posted for the time trials. Those blokes can run as fast as they want for 3km but when it all comes down to it, pointless if they cant get hold of the red thing. talk about something interesting for a change.
