Anyone from each club willing to share inclusions departures for the upcoming season. Also heard that two or three players due to injury will not play for various clubs this year

Can anyone confirm rumors that signings Mo Kaakour, Alan Carroll and Ken Ingram will not be lining up for Kilmore this season??
Rumor has it Kaakour has returned to West Coburg, Carroll staying at Crazyburn and Ingram has decided against lining up for Kilmore.
Apparently some frantic chasing of disgruntled locals is happening to try to get them to return to JJ Clancy to fill the holes of the lostrecruits.
Can Number one supporter Matty or Van confirm??

This is not gospel, just what I've heard.
Mo Kaakour wants to play footy at Kilmore, but as West Coburg have lost a lot of players, they are desperate for him to stay.
I believe it will go to an appeal after his clearance was knocked back a third time. According to both Mo and Speers, the 'recruit' does not owe West Coburg any property or money.
Alan Carroll's clearance has been approved by Craigieburn, and he will play for Kilmore in 2008.
Ken Ingram did a hammy a few weeks ago, which turned out to be a pretty serious injury. As he is about 40 years old, I'm guessing that it'll take a while for Kenny to fully recover. My personal opinion is that he won't play for the Blues this year, but I've been wrong before.

Sounds like Kilmore need to learn how to manage their older blokes.... Could always pop down and get advice of us, we have a few! hahaha!

In another big blow for the Blues, just confirmed that young gun forward Dave Cornish will only play half the games this year. Waiting my source to confirm, however it is either work related or he is suffering from 'OP'. Will let you know shortly.

Wasn't sure Hawker just thought they had recruited very well over the summer. Surely they have players to cover 3 or 4 that aren't coming?

Nah he is coaching in the W.R.F.L last I heard. With North Footscray (I think) what ever the roosters are.

Shane Geddes has resigned as senior coach of WEST FOOTSCRAY. With the addition of another little one to the family 5 weeks ago and various other circumstances at West it was in his best interests to pursue other opportunities. With a pretty bad ankle what will require surgery I doubt he will pull the boots on this season. I could be wrong though. He no doubt would be a great inclusion to any coaching/selection committee with his experience and knowledge of the game.

That's very disappointing! Ive been lucky enough to have him as a coach once and thought he was good. was a big opportunity at WEST FOOTSCRAY being a promoted side (am i right spence?). im sure he is just as disappointed. So he might be heading somewhere else maybe on the selection commitee...

Mark Power to be interviewed between 7-830 tonight on 100.7 fm. He never shirked the issues on the field lets hope he does not off the field. Could be an interesting interview seeing he has been at a "work lunch" that will go all afternoon.

Yes George promoted to Div 1 but with No recruits (not thru lack of trying or funds available) and most of the Div 2 premiership side leaving to stay in Div 2, club may find themselves in recess or back down in Div 2. Shane is bitterly disappointed at not being able to coach but with lack of support and the new arrival to the family found it very difficult to commit himself to full time football this year. I know he will pop up somewhere in the RDFL this year whether playing or as an administrator?
