Hmm. It'll be much harder but here it is:

C: Leigh McInerney (SK), S. Sims (DR), Peter Robertson (Ri).
HF: Brian Wheelahan (MC), James Petran (Ri), Cole Laurie (DR).
F: Chris Meacham (Ri), Lee James (Ri), Ronald Davis (SK).
R: Jeremy Jose (DR), Sam Young (Ri), James Climas (Ri).

Had real trouble putting together the full-back line, but apart from that it seemed relatively simple. They'll be some guns on the bench too!

You only have to look at Riddell's spending to see that they are more desperate this year. Having said that the Kangas don't have the cash, but the Bombers must be embarrassed they lost last year's flag. Because they could still probably be the best side this year without their recruits.

Embarrassed is a bit harsh, Bombers were beaten by a more hungry & disciplined side (having only 17 men for 15 minutes didn't help). This can always happen after tasting success fas in the previous 2 seasons.

All it does is reinforce to all players that nothing is a given, talent is great....but want & desire is key. Don't wait for it to happen... MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!

Pickles "Very dissapointed" would've been a better phrase than embarrassed.

I love it when you see these cheap shots taken and then you look across to see it is a brand new alias just signed up.
keep one name and say your piece. everyone entitled to there opinion, just it gains alot more credibility if it is not the one and only post per alias.
for mine leigh is playing his best footy for a couple of years, and mark still close if not the best centremen in league.

No alias here, my name is Steven Davis, I used to play in this league 15 years ago and have a step son that does now.

Just my opinion, no cheap shots just an opinion. Its sad if you cant get on here and have an opinion with out cheap shots flying at your....

no offence intended no need to get personal guys. I just think looking at other players on list that are ahead of them both. It will be interseting to see how they go up against Riddell then I guess

Not only are they playing seniors, but they are also having a big impact. Players such as: Climas, Petran, Richmond, Dawson, Hede, Pronk, Saunders, Hamilton, Carroll, Hepburn, Bowen, Dettmann, Collins, Dorman, Wright etc.

cossie are you talking about juzzy who played in the romsey 18s last year? if so that statement is an absolute joke.
i only know him as juzzy, but shaun is a class above that juzzy, aswell as myself and many other that play in the rdfl.

I would suggest that C5 is talking about Justin Belleville, who certainly didn't play 18's for Romsey last year. Also, Romsey is on the other side of the imaginary line.

Just on the 2 Grubby's topic, anyone who underrates these guys will do so at their peril.. Individually, I agree with Footymad, Leigh when on his game is, to me, one of the 3 best on ballers in the competition, he has consistency that not many others can display and an underrated level of courage. While Mark is still rated by many, myself included as one of the top 5 players in the competition when firing.

Agreed. Leigh's game at Kilmore the other day was brilliant. They've certainly entertained many over the years in the RDFL and continue to do so. Mark looks like he is carrying a fair few niggling injuries at the moment, but we all know that he'll be firing when it matters most for the Kangas.

Leigh is definately firing well at the moment and as Marks Employer i must ease the workload to get him back where he should be fitness wise.
I am trying to work out how i can get him to do less than nothing which he is doing at the moment.
I am up to the challenge though and will let you know that in the very near future take these boys lightly and you will regret it!!!!!!!!!
