Really slick at times, with quite a few to come back in, the Redbacks are going to be formidable this year.

Yep Avenel got up by a few goals had to laugh at the Broadford bloke from there bench ( non playing) who told the umpire he should stick to umpiring juniors after the game.Mind you he was helping both teams and only did about 10 senior GV games last year

Dunno who said it but ...... build it and they'll come!!! Obviously they want to win both the ones and twos this year. Gunna be some bloody rippers running out for them at midday each week, good on them I say

Redbacks had a good hit out against the Stars today. Romsey were beaten last year by about 4 goals, but got up today by around 8 goals. Kicked 8 goals to nil in the third quarter. Erwin, McNaughten, Strack, Burlak did not play. New players blended in well to last years team.
Sprechen, how did Woodend go? I know that Huntly have won the wooden spoon for quite sometime now, but did pick up quite a few players over preseason.

They would want to have. Looking at the incoming clearances have picked up next to nothing and lost a few handy players. Very long year coming up the the tigers.
