A family friend of ours is Dani Laidley a new girlfriend. I did not see that coming.

I'm not entirely sure what you're saying, but I was actually really proud of North for inviting her to their debt free day (lol basketcase). They could've easily just pretended she didn't exist and it was all too hard like lots of other work places would've. Sets a really great example IMO in masculine industry.

I've edited my post. Keyboard didn't do what I told it to. 🤪

Saw the new Bond movie. It's alright.

I'm a pretty serious poker player so anything poker related I usually ignore since it's almost always wrong but the poker in Casino Royale was pretty good for the most part except for the final hand on the paired board where the dude goes all in, 3 other players also go all in or raise after him and when showdown arrives he triumphantly rolls over his flush and mentally is spending his cash, only for the other 3 players to all turn over superior holdings.

Rounders is a great movie but some of the poker elements didn't age well (and yes, I understand 1997 poker was kind of like early 90s ODIs where batting at more than a run a ball was considered sacrilege)

Lulz

Simple fix though, leave the group if you don't agree with it's new direction
There was a pro Trump fb group where some anti Trump people got control, changed it to some dumb anti Trump name and blocked people from being able to leave. A lot of confused, angry Boomers. Was hilarious

I'm interested about your thoughts on Maverick
